Empresas Taylor, in its permanent quest for excellence in quality of service, is pleased to inform that during the month of July it will launch its Online Service Platform Service Center Peru. Using cutting-edge technologies, Empresas Taylor, through its subsidiary Ian Taylor, aims to improve the user experience of its customers in the Service Center.

 

Through this platform, customers will be able to process the approval of their cargo documents including online payment of their local expenses through a simplified and remote process, which can be done without having to go to the Taylor Service Center, generating greater speed and efficiency.

It is important to point out that this new platform complements the services that Ian Taylor provides through its Taylor Service Center, so it will maintain its physical window services for its clients who prefer to continue with the face-to-face processing of their document processes.
