Ian Taylor in Peru, during the year 2022, managed 24 vessels of the shipping companies it represents, EUKOR and Wallenius Wilhelmsen Ocean, which unloaded in the port of Callao a total of 44,166 units of vehicles.
In addition, 599 units of machinery, 998 trucks and buses and 418 loose parts, with February being the best month with the unloading of 6,509 units of vehicles.
According to Rocio Ponce, Country Manager of Ian Taylor in Peru, “2022 was a great year together with the shipping companies we represent, a joint work with our collaborators and customers that is reflected in these figures. Although the first half of the year was somewhat complex due to the logistical problems that occurred in some ports worldwide, we were able to move forward after a great effort in order to meet the standards of our services. We started 2023 by handling vessels that unloaded 2,389 units between vehicles and break bulk cargo, so we are looking forward to what can happen this year”.
