MODERNIZES ITS OFFICE IN IQUIQUE

In order to differentiate itself in terms of quality of service to its clients, Empresas Taylor has developed a modernization process that has allowed it to improve its service standard through the implementation of new and better offices in Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia and Chile.

Thus, recently, it has changed its offices located in the city of Iquique to new premises, enabling its offices on the 7th floor of the Esmeralda Building – next to the port -, with the aim of providing a better and more comfortable service to its customers, especially those who use its Service Center for cargo document processing.

In the last year, Empresas Taylor has opened new offices in Concepción, Puerto Montt, Santiago, San Antonio, Antofagasta, Santa Cruz in Bolivia, Lima and soon in Callao in Perú, implementing standards of excellence for its users, with a better location, larger and more modern offices and state-of-the-art technology that makes its processes even more efficient.

“In the new offices, both Ian Taylor’s and Taylor Logistics’ clients will find optimal conditions for their attention, especially for the documentary processes that we carry out through our Service Center.
