Empresas Taylor successfully completed the recertification process of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, and OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISM, reaffirming its commitment to operational excellence, the safety of its employees and the care of the environment.

Empresas Taylor was recertified by Global Group, whose head office is located in Edinburgh, Scotland, and is registered by UKAS Management Systems.

Empresas Taylor’s recertification process was completely successful, covering each and every one of its offices in Chile, Peru and Ecuador and all its subsidiary companies. Juan Carlos Jiménez, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of Empresas Taylor, stated that “this type of process is fully consistent with our vision and with the principles deeply rooted in our company, guided by a job well done, which is why we are pleased to be certified again in aspects that are key to efficient, safe, responsible and modern business management.”

The ISO 9001 certification is related to the quality management system of Empresas Taylor’s processes; while the ISO 14001 discipline is related to the proection of the environment. The OSHAS 18001 standard is related to the health and safety of workers, while the ISM Code for Vessels regulates the safety standards on board a ship and applies to the company’s fleet of boats and tugs.
