Ian Taylor attends agency of Maersk’s new service calling weekly at Valparaiso port.

With the inauguration of an exclusive office, located on the third floor of the Tecno Pacífico Building in Valparaiso, the Service Center Unit of Ian Taylor – a subsidiary of Empresas Taylor – attends clients and documentation processes related to import and export cargoes of the new Maersk AC1 weekly service linking the West Coast of America and Asia, whose first vessel MV Maersk Lome, called at TPS Terminal on February 25th proceeding from Tauranga, New Zealand, transferring 1.026 containers at the Terminal.

“Through Ian Taylor, we have been attending the agency of Maersk in the port of San Antonio and now we have been entrusted with the agency in Valparaiso, which is a new and gratifying challenge as well as a source of pride for all who form part of Empresas Taylor” are the words of Christopher Taylor, Executive Vice President of Empresas Taylor.

Ian Taylor, in addition to attending the clients and documentation processes related to this weekly Maersk service between Asia and the West Coast of South America, is also in charge of preparing all requirements and coordination for the call of the vessels of Maersk’s AC1 service at Valparaíso.

“Our performance was well evaluated by the vessel’s Master and by the clients using the Service Center to attend their documentation needs”, stated Christopher Taylor, Executive Vice President of Empresas Taylor.
