During the first quarter of 2025, customs agents in Chile released a total of 20,811 import containers 100% digitally through the Ian Taylor Container Release System, demonstrating the enormous satisfaction they have derived from the use of this innovation within the logistics-port sector in Chile.

This system, developed and implemented six years ago as part of the transformation process towards an Agency 4.0, has proven to be a key tool for optimising times, reducing costs and simplifying procedures in the management of containerised cargo.

Its main functionalities include the automation of processes such as the Demurrage Payment, the BL Viewer, the Exchange Rate query, the purchase of insurance policies, among other services available remotely.
